Sheikh Nasser Almutawa is the chairman and founder of SAMAMA Holding Group, a diversified conglomerate with more than 20,000 employees. It is classified as Class A–1 in construction, facilities management, healthcare management as well as environmental engineering & services. SAMAMA Healthcare operates more than 5,000 hospital beds. SAMAMA Transportation Co. operates more than 4,500 school & commercial busses. SAMAMA Real Estate Development Co. is an active branch of the holding. SAMAMA Investment Co. holds a diversified global investments portfolio.

Whilst building SAMAMA Holding Group, Sheikh Nasser has been instrumental in establishing a number of other successful businesses in partnering with others and alone. Amongst these are The Parkside Hospital – Wimbledon UK, National Cancer and Blood Centre (KSA), General Arabian Medical Co. Sheikh Nasser was also instrumental in the establishment of 15 philanthropic organizations. These organizations are caring for orphans, people with disabilities, research and other activities. He is also a trustee at Religions for Peace, a UN affiliate in New York, the Chairman of Saudi Arabian Paralympic Association and Chairman of Harakia Motor Physical Disability Association.

He is the co-chairman of the Saudi British Joint Business Council, past chairman of Capivest Bank (Bahrain) and ex board director of five public listed companies.
